About Holobrook
Holobrook is a free, fan-made Pokémon booster pack opening simulator and digital binder. Open packs, chase the cards you love, and build a collection, all in your browser, with no account and no real money.
What it is
It's a game about the fun part of collecting: the rip. Pick a set, tear open a pack, and see what you pull, with real card artwork, real rarities, and real-world value estimates. Everything you pull goes into your binder and your Collector's Journey. It's built for people who love Pokémon cards, whether you collect the real thing or just enjoy the thrill of the pull.
At a glance
- What: a free Pokémon pack opening simulator and card collecting game in the browser
- Sets: 176 Pokémon TCG sets, from 1999's Base Set to 2026, with new sets added after release
- Cards: 20,670, each with its own page, artwork and an estimated market price
- Price: free, with no account, no download and no real-money purchases
- Works on: any modern browser, phone or computer; can be installed as an app
What you can do
- Open booster packs built from each era's real slot layout, with per-set pull rates and chase-card odds.
- Collect in a digital binder with real pages, custom covers, a wishlist and set completion tracking.
- Grade your cards with PSA, BGS or CGC style slabs, then peel the slab to see the grade. Rare slabs, like the first 10 of a card, go on show in the Mint, and every slab can be checked in the cert lookup.
- Play three ways: Collector (free packs every day, a dust economy for duplicates, quests and streaks), Unlimited (open as many packs as you like) and Rip (a random booster each time).
- Play with friends: challenge someone to beat your pack, share pulls and binders, and climb the monthly grading boards.
- Compare: see how Holobrook stacks up against other Pokémon pack simulators.
- Learn about the cards: pages for every Pokémon, illustrator, rarity and set, plus the most valuable cards.
How pull rates work
Each pack follows the slot structure of its era (commons, uncommons, a reverse-holo slot and a rare-or-better slot), and rarities are drawn using community-estimated odds. Official pull rates are not published, so these are approximations. Each set's pull-rate page shows the odds used and the results of thousands of simulated packs.
Where the card data comes from
Card names, artwork, rarities, and gameplay details come from the community-run Pokémon TCG API (pokemontcg.io), refreshed regularly so new sets appear soon after release. Value estimates are drawn from market data and are for entertainment only, they are not offers to buy or sell.
